DINFOS Hall of Fame

The Defense Information School (DINFOS) Hall of Fame honors distinguished alumni, living or deceased, who have made extraordinary and lasting contributions at the highest levels in public service, industry, the military or academia for at least 20 years. Nominees may come from the fields of public affairs, public relations, print journalism, photojournalism, broadcast journalism, visual information, photography, videography, multimedia, or broadcast maintenance engineering and other related fields.

U.S. Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Donald J. Davis, Jr., off-going Command Master Chief of U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, and U.S. Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Charles F. Ziervogel, on-coming Command Master Chief of MARFORPAC conduct a change of charge ceremony and perform the passing of the cutlass aboard the USS Missouri, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Feb. 8, 2024. The ceremony recognized Davis' service, leadership and dedication to MARFORPAC and welcomes in Master Chief Petty Officer Charles F. Ziervogel as the new command master chief.
