DINFOS Hall of Fame

The Defense Information School (DINFOS) Hall of Fame honors distinguished alumni, living or deceased, who have made extraordinary and lasting contributions at the highest levels in public service, industry, the military or academia for at least 20 years. Nominees may come from the fields of public affairs, public relations, print journalism, photojournalism, broadcast journalism, visual information, photography, videography, multimedia, or broadcast maintenance engineering and other related fields.

U.S. Army Sgt. Connor French, assigned to Charlie Company, 264th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 101st Division Sustainment Brigade, under Joint Task Force-Southern Border discuss his team’s mission to sling load two Ground Based Operational Surveillance System (Expeditionary) near Wellton, Ariz., June 16, 2025. The GBOSS(E) was transported to a remote site to be operated by the 89th Military Police Brigade, who will utilize it to monitor areas of the border. Joint Task Force-Southern Border executes full-scale, agile, and all-domain operations in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection to protect the territorial integrity of the United States and achieve 100% operational control of the southern border.
