DINFOS Hall of Fame

The Defense Information School (DINFOS) Hall of Fame honors distinguished alumni, living or deceased, who have made extraordinary and lasting contributions at the highest levels in public service, industry, the military or academia for at least 20 years. Nominees may come from the fields of public affairs, public relations, print journalism, photojournalism, broadcast journalism, visual information, photography, videography, multimedia, or broadcast maintenance engineering and other related fields.

U.S. Airmen with the 729nd Air Combat Control Squadron (ACS) participate in the Warrior Shield Training Exercise on Hill Air Force Base, Utah, Jan. 12, 2023 through Jan. 27, 2023. The 729nd ACS conducted a variety of training objectives such as setting up operational tents, establishing communication equipment and setting entry control points to simulate a deployed operation. The radio frequency operators provide support to the theater deployable communications airmen by allowing small range communication in case of an emergency.
