DINFOS Hall of Fame

The Defense Information School (DINFOS) Hall of Fame honors distinguished alumni, living or deceased, who have made extraordinary and lasting contributions at the highest levels in public service, industry, the military or academia for at least 20 years. Nominees may come from the fields of public affairs, public relations, print journalism, photojournalism, broadcast journalism, visual information, photography, videography, multimedia, or broadcast maintenance engineering and other related fields.

This selection of prime cuts highlights Sailors assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 4, Det. Guam and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 5 as they conduct repetitive launch and recovery drills with combat rubber raiding crafts aboard a Mark VI patrol boat in Apra Harbor, Guam, March 9, 2018. CRS 4, Det. Guam and EODMU 5 are both assigned to Commander, Task Force 75, the primary expeditionary task force responsible for the planning and execution of coastal riverine operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving engineering, construction and underwater construction in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
