DINFOS Hall of Fame

The Defense Information School (DINFOS) Hall of Fame honors distinguished alumni, living or deceased, who have made extraordinary and lasting contributions at the highest levels in public service, industry, the military or academia for at least 20 years. Nominees may come from the fields of public affairs, public relations, print journalism, photojournalism, broadcast journalism, visual information, photography, videography, multimedia, or broadcast maintenance engineering and other related fields.

300th SB Deployment Readiness Exercise

Soldiers from the 300th Sustainment Brigade, 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) participated in a Deployment Readiness Exercise (DRE) Dec. 8-11, 2017. The unit, located in Grand Prairie, Texas, mobilized over 180 Soldiers from their headquarters to the forward training site in Seagoville, Texas, and set up a fully operational command post. The training event consisted of basic Soldier skills, a weapons qualification range, CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) training, convoy operations, and night vision goggle driving operations.
