DINFOS Hall of Fame

The Defense Information School (DINFOS) Hall of Fame honors distinguished alumni, living or deceased, who have made extraordinary and lasting contributions at the highest levels in public service, industry, the military or academia for at least 20 years. Nominees may come from the fields of public affairs, public relations, print journalism, photojournalism, broadcast journalism, visual information, photography, videography, multimedia, or broadcast maintenance engineering and other related fields.

U.S. Army Paratroopers of the 173rd Airborne Brigade were visited by the United Services Organization holiday troupe tour at Caserma Del Din, Vicenza, Italy on Dec. 7, 2014. Accompanied by U.S. Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff, Glee star Dianna Agron, Suits star Meghan Markle, actor, comedian and retired Marine Corps Lt. Col. Rob Riggle, retired Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher, Washington Nationals pitcher Doug Fister and, making her ninth USO tour, country singer Kellie Pickler, signed autographs, posed for pictures for the paratroopers.
