Navy Chief Petty Officer Daniel Mennuto, the visual communications department noncommissioned officer in charge at the Defense Information School, holds his dog Moscato Aug. 30, 2017, outside of the DINFOS building on Fort George G. Meade, Md. Mennuto and his wife, Mary, adopted Moscato on Jan. 27, 2016, after fostering the puppy and his siblings since Dec. 19, 2015.
