Trish Huizinga, the Defense Information School Civilian of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2016, shares a laugh with Will Smith on Dec. 14 at the school. The two have worked together since 2010 and are the academic directors of the school’s broadcast operations and maintenance department.
